We prepare our own hand-tossed doughs, sauces and dressings daily, and cook in a brick oven. Many of our ingredients come from local farmers and vendors, ensuring high nutritional value and excellent flavour. Our menus are open-minded, just like us.

All of our meats are local, so that we may better understand directly from our partner farmers and processors the best practices used to bring you the healthiest selections.
We have ten cheeses – all of them hormone- and antibiotic-free.
Chlorine-free, filtered water is used in every recipe.
Doughs, sauces and dressings are made daily from scratch using wholesome ingredients.
Our brick oven – the centrepiece of our kitchen – uses low energy flames to maintain high heat, cooking pizzas quickly and efficiently. Toppings retain more nutrients this way, and our crust is toasted to perfection.
In-season local produce that is organic whenever possible.
